Hi not sure if anyone can help, have had the above phone for about 3/4 weeks, been working fine once the teething problems with my microsim was sorted.  Today however, I had been using it as normal, put it in my jacket pocket (fully functioning) came out of the supermarket about 20 minutes later & went to use it to call a taxi..............no power or anything, try to turn it on getting nothing.  Assumed the battery had died on me but I have had it plugged in for about 2 hours all in now, its still not turning on, not registering that it is plugged to the charger, have opened itunes to see if it picks up the phone to sync but that's not happening either (I would presume since there is no power going through it)??? Any possible answers?

firstly try a hard reboot of the phone.

Hold both the Home and off/on buttons down until the Apple logo appear then release the buttons and let the phone restart itself.

Any difference?
