I have an Ipad2 with was supplied by VF under an upgrade, I have applied for it to be unlocked but keep getting messages saying the there is an issue with the IMEI on the account, I have called CS 2 times and they have verified that the IMEI is correct. Where can I go from here, os it possible for one of the mods to get in touch and confirm that the IMEI has definitely been updated. Regards
