I'm still trying to get my Proof of Usage to claim on the insurance for my iPhone 3gs. I've E-mailed numerous times using the 'Contact Us' section, sent letters to the Head Office, and even posted on here, all to nop avail.
But I did recieve a letter a week or so ago, saying that they cannot provide me with a proof of purchase?
Although it's the Proof Of Usage that I actually need. I've been chasing this for a month now. Is there any other way that I can actually obtain what I need?

I'm sorry to read you've been having problems getting hold of a proof of usage.
Do you know exactly what the insurance company are looking for when they ask for this? Are they asking for you to prove that you've been using the handset? Or do they require you to provide them with confirmation that you've bought the handset from us?
Where did you get the handset from? (Telesales, online or retail)

I would be very grateful if you could provide me with proof of usage so I can claim through me insurer for a lost handset. The phone was purchased sim free from apple and I need the proof of usage to state my name phone model and imei and that I have used it on your network. I am a pay monthly customer. Any help would be great!

Can someone please help me? My phone was stolen on Friday, I blocked my number and have logged an insurance claim. My insurers need a proof of usage to process my claim, I have tried to request this via your website 8 times but your contact us page is not working, I have asked over the phone and someone has requested it on my behalf and it has still not come through- I don't know what else to do- I need to make my claim tomorrow and need this proof of usage- please can you email it to me or contact me via email to let me know what I have to do.
I am getting really concerned and frustrated now, I really don't know what else to do!

I have sent an email to the address you registered with on here, once I have received your reply I will be able to investigate further, we can provide a proof of usage however if you require a proof of purchase we can provide this if this was purchased from us and is on a Pay Monthly agreement, if the device is Pay As You Talk or purchased through a third party (unless updated on our systems) you would need to request this from the point of sale.

I need proof of usage for my Iphone 4
I have been trying to speak to customer care but they dont bother about all this to be honest.
Its really frustrating when you dont get something you want so urgently.
Now today i was told by customer care that i could actually get proof of usage from this E-forum, which i was not told 3-4 times before when i called.
Please do help me with this ASAP as im stuck from last 1 month.
I hope to get reply at Earliest.

Can you help me to get a proof of usage letter for my phone, I need to submit it to insurance claim and they need a letter showing I use my Apple iPhone 4 on your network with the IMEI \ Network \ Mobile number. I do not need proof of purchase. I have purchased it online. But I need proof of usage from Vodafone. I have called customer services but they say they cannot do it but I have read of these forums that you guys can produce it. Any help you can give me would be very much appriciated. i've got email from your team which looks like my detailed bill / itemised bill.
I had ask for proof of usage where it shows my phone's IMEI no. as insurance company is asking for it
and also i had asked bill for Month of January as i lost my phone on 27th jan 2012 i think it will appear on feb 2012 bill
but could you guys please help me in sending me appropriate proof of usgae which shows my phone details as i stated above regarding IMEI

Can I ask if you are a Contract or PAYG customer?
If you are a PAYG customer, unfortunately we don’t hold the records for your IMEI number on your usage lists and as such we can not give a comprehensive proof of usage.
If you are a contract customer, please follow the instructions on the PM that I have sent to you and one of the team will be able to get this picked up for you.
