I'll cut to the chase, I have lost my Iphone 4s and I have 3rd party insurance. In order for me to claim on it I need you to send me a letter or a downloadable pdf showing me as a Vodafone account holder. Also included in this letter I would need you to note that the Iphone 4S (issued by yourselves) was used on your network as well as a note of my IMEI No. This happend in the past and the service I received from you was exceptionally bad. I do hope that it was an isolated incident, thank you and I patiently await a response.
