Proof of usage

Hi there,

I've been on the phone to Vodafone to request a proof of usage for my insurance but no one knows what this is!
It is NOT proof of purchase and a bill is not sufficient either.

I need something with details of the mobile phone I have been using for my number.

Can anyone help with this? I have tried live chat but cannot get a free person.

Call 191 from any Vodafone handset or 03333 040 191 from any UK phone, they'll be able to help you get the documents you need for your insurance

Hi there,

If you actually read my above post it tells you that I've already done that!

No one I've spoken to knows what it is and simply say they cannot help me.

This is not helpful can you offer another alternative?

Live chat can sometimes get confused.

It is best in my opinion to telephone Customer Services on the 191 number to request these forms of proof.

If a bill etc is not enough as you say then only they can assist.
