I have received a message saying that I am roaming. What does this mean? I am not abroad, it's just because I have put my sim in to a new phone. I have a contract.

Hi talice90

Roaming is when you are connecting to a network that is not UK based. This normally does mean you are abroad, but in certain areas of the UK a foreign network can be connected too.

If you make sure that you are connected to Vodafone UK, then everything will be ok.
