Sim Swap on upgrade

I am starting to wish I had not upgraded with Vodafone, not only did I have trouble upgrading due to 'new systems' which meant I could not do so in Carphone warehouse but after receiving mu upgrade to Iphone 5s last tuesday I am still waiting for my sim to be activated and swapped over!!

 I have spoke to several advisors on the online talk for a week each passing me on to a different department to be then told it would be done withing 24 hours....1 week 1 day later and still waiting.

 On monday this week i spoke to someone in technic dept who after a long process assured me that within 24 hours my sim would work and I had been put up on high priority.

STILL WAITING...

As anyone else had such a problem? Its really beyond a joke now
