Still being charged for cancelled account

Hi - I cancelled my account early December last year and have moved on to a different provider. Yet i am still getting charged for my old contract (I just received another bill today - 9th Feb). My father is the main name on the account. How can I ensure that I will not be charged again?

Only the account holder can cancel an agreement, so your father would need to be the one to action this.

 

We can take a look at this for you, ask your father to contact our Live help team.
