Texts not sending from iPhone 4s

I have just spoken to an apple representative on their support chat online. I told them that I had issues sending text messages and they ran me through some troubleshooting steps to try and resolve the problem. Every time I try send a text message it tells me it's not delivered.. When I have unlimited texts I don't see how that's possible. The advisor from Apple told me to contact vodafone and ask if they've put a block on my texts but there's no reason for that to happen? What on earth is happening? Can anybody help me please?

If you can Plz try ure Sim in another phone as a process of elimination 2 rule out the phone or sim that may be at fault.
