Thanks Vodafone for being useless and messing up christmas

Were to start?!?!

So i ordered an iPad air on the black Friday deals as it was going to be a present for my daughter. Three weeks later and lots of broken promises of its going to be delivered Vodafone final admit they have none in stock.

So they cancel the order and i replace yesterday for an iPad air 2 after being told its defiantly in stock and would be dispatched today. Well guess what, it's not. The most i can get from customer services is its sat with DPD who run the warehouse and its up to them when they can bothered yet again to deliver it. So i was lied to again about re-ordering it and getting it before Christmas.

It's disgusting that you firstly lie to me and then on top of that still cant deliver a iPad to my address.. its not hard you've done it before only 2 months ago i am only in Bedford, not exactly on the moon.

An alternative is to open up the contract in a Vodaphone HighStreet Store if one is local and convenient to you and if they hold them in stock.

Perhaps a member of the forum team can confirm if they do or not.
