is there anyway to find out what the status of the unlock process is using the following reference [#9297129]
its been 5 days now since filled in the form has the unlock request been sent to apple
seems we just get the following reference [#9297129] as soon as you fill in the form and then from there nothing else what type of system is this where vodafone can not even email to say that the unlock request has been sent to apple
it just takes one simple email to confirm that the unlock request has been sent to apple for unlocking

Hi thpo,
Thanks for your posts here regarding the NUC request for your iPhone.
When it comes to the iPhone, we take the details that you have supplied on the form and then request for the iPhone to be unlocked by Apple directly, when this is confirmed we will email you to connect your phone to iTunes with a non Vodafone SIM in the phone and perform a restore to complete the unlock procedure.
I have checked the reference that you have provided to us and can see that a reply was sent to you on 19/06/2012 due to an issue with the request however so that we can get this checked for you I have sent you a quick PM, please follow the instructions on the PM and one of the team will be able to get this escalated for you.
You can find your PM inbox here.
James
