Vodafone iPad deals - yikes!

I need to vent my anger...
I placed an order last night for an iPad 64gb. £27 per month for a 2gb allowance, with a £345 upfront charge.
This morning I looked at Three, who are offering the same iPad, but with 15gb data, for an upfront charge of £249 and a monthly charge of £29 per month!!
I called vodafone, and they were particularly unhelpful. Despite being an existing Vodafone household they wouldn't budge on the deal, and despite the order not even having been processed yet, they were unable/unwilling to cancel my order and return my £345 (which I believe shouldn't have even been taken yet anyway).
Incredibly poor service and an incredibly expensive "offer" from Vodafone. I think they'll be losing my phone contract too unless a member of the online team can look in to this and be a bit more helpful than those I encountered on the telephone earlier today.
Rant over.

Yes, I know about distance selling regs. Trust me, I'd much prefer to stay with Vodafone, as until today they've been nothing but excellent. However, I'm not going to stay with them out of loyalty if they're offering deals that I would consider to be on the verge of a "rip-off", compared to the other major networks.
My main issue is the remarkably tight data allowance of 2gb, and lack of flexibility on the deal considering we have been Vodafone customers for quite some time. I note from other threads that some exisiting customers have been offered substantially better deals, so I'm somewhat surprised that they were unwilling to budge when I approached them on this subject.

The above post is a link to spam
All of the links supposedly leading to 'special deals' with various networks simply lead to a page asking you to sign up to become an affiliate for a company by the name of Affiliate Future'.
