Having already spent most of the evening waiting to be connected to 191 I am still no further on with my query..... I was told to dial 1211 to activate voicemail, I had only known about 121 before that. So I was confidant that all would be sorted with the extra digit. I still got the same message "Sorry the system is currently unavailable please try again later". The message is the same on 1211 and 121.
Please advise how I can set up voicemail ASAP. Many thanks, Fiona
