Can't activate voicemail. Spoke to advisor who told me to dial 121. I did this and also 1211 but just keeps saying "failed"

Are you touching the 'Phone App' on your iPhone and then hitting the 'Voicemail' icon in the bottom right hand corner. That should help set it up.

If it's not working then persevere with 191 Customer Services to activate it from their end.

Have you recently ported to Vodafone ?

Moved to Vodafone when I got my new fone and yes kept my old no (from talk mobile)

This maybe what is called a Split Port where some services work and some don't.

Ive just had the sampe 'split port issue'

This was a recently published possible solution from another member.

What worked for me was to dial ##002#

This clears all call/text/data diverts on the account (even though you may have not set any diverts up)

remove the sim for ten minutes then replace.

This worked for me and hopefully may work for others."
