i am having the same problem where do i find my account number / pin number i've tried everthing and its really annoying cause i cant use the full online features in my account. please help.

I am trying to sign up for my vodafone freebee rewardz. I have been putting all my points on the computer and i now want to sign up to redeem some of my prizes but i have a problem. I have a Blackberry 8520 and when i enter my phone number its giving me a security code i enter it and them told i have to enter either a PIN number or my date of birth. I dont know whether i have a pin number seeing as my mum and dad bought me the phone. Would the date of birth be under them even though I have tried it none of our date of births will work what do i do ??

You can obtain your account number by following this link to our Frequently Asked Questions.

ECLJ, the PIN is a four digit PIN that you would have created for security purposes on the account and the date of birth would be that of the account holder, I have sent you a Private Message so I can take a look at this for you.
