Where is my Ipad

On Monday I took up the offer over the phone of a white 16gb iPad 2, I was told it was in stock and would be delivered next working day, however, its now Wednesday, I've looked at my order and it seems like it hasn't even been dispatched yet?

I'm just wondering, whats going on and where is my ipad?

As it happens I received my iPad this afternoon, however, I am really disappointed as I cant get it to charge, I've tried just about everything, all to no avail.

 

Any suggestions

Oh no! I can't believe your iPad won't charge.

 

You will need to speak to our Returns Team to arrange for the device to be exchanged. If you follow the link DaveCD provided we'll be able to put you in touch with them. If you'd prefer a quicker turnaround then I'd urge you to contact Customer Services.
