Have you considered going to a store and just picking one up today? (and just refuse delivery of the other one and will be cancelled?)
Strange it hasn't been dispatched as there is no reason for it not to have been unless they had a glitch I their systems. I know it is a pain but Vodafone (in my experience) as one of the best companies for handling complaints and offering gestures of goodwill etc (is the main reason I stay with them as everyone makes mistakes it is how they deal with resolving them that I appreciate the most)

I'm sure if you called Vodafone someone would happily place a new order and offer something (like one month fee??) for messing you around?

Well in the end yesterday i had to place a new order so that it can be delivered tuesday as oppose to saturday. What a silly system! I wish the staff were better informed as i could have simply placed a new order on saturday then had it monday (today) as oppose to being told its coming monday/tuesday untill after finally getting someone who knew what they were doing and telling me next saturday. Im very disappointed and actually think i will refuse both deliveries and go to a three store on thursday when im able to and get one! It has better data plan anyway....Im very unhappy with vodas customer service staff....they were very unhelpful and just inpolite.
Ive sent in a complaint using the form in my pm from dave. Unless they sort it this out to my satisfaction...then i will just move on. One of my contracts is ending in may so only have to give notice next month. ....and be ending the rest as they come....

I have received a call from a member of the eforum team after sending my complaint detailing everything. She has being less than helpful herself! A nice lady at 191 had this morning offered 50% discount for the troubles however i have requested a months line rental for free considering all tye miss information and lies from them and vodafone would rather lose me as a customer than honor that. Oh well not a problem as there are other networks. Im due an upgrade now and have being left with no choice but to send in my termination already as they really dont care about their customers. Was very much looking forward to upgrading. Im sure there are great new ipad and iphone 4s offers about somewhere.
Based on this occasion......
I rate voda c/s 0/10 with exception of one lady at 191
