account password reset

I have just spent 2 hours on the laptop and my phone talking to the NOT VERY MUCH HELP TEAM they keep saying that they have sent me an email with a password reset but they never arrive.

All I want to do is see if my unlimited data deal has finished.

Also my Vodafone app has stopped working on my mobile.

I have a sim only deal how easy is it to cancel my contract (had it 3+ months

If this was me I'd ask them to confirm what email address they gave for me and make sure it's exact.

Check any spam / trash folders too.

When you phoned Vodaphone Customer Services to ask your question what did they confirm for you.

What type of Sim only Contract are you on ?

30 day version = you'd give 30 days notice.

12 a month = you'd typically have to pay the remaining amount of months that are left to run.

Ref the App -> Try restarting your handset and or closing down the app.

Try deleting the App and Re Download it.

Thanks I have tried all your suggestions I gave them 2 email addresses and regarding the app it seems that many people are having a problem. I have never known such a poor customer service.

Sorry but this is just pointing me in the direction of the NOT VERY HELPFUL TEAM again and I do not wish to waste another 2 hours on the laptop and phone  and come away with the sensation of wanting to claw my own eyes out.
