customer loyalty

I have been a vodafone customer for 17 years now - in fact I was a customer 5 years before with the company that became vodafone! But I feel for 17 years loyalty I've had little in return. My friends with other networks sometimes receive upgrades without asking. Am I being ripped off and should leave: do I stay or go?

e.g.

iphone 5s

1000 mins

unlimited texts

£24.99/month

£20 upfront fee

1gb data

Hi there

If you take a look at the online store here you will see the current list of iPhone prices.  I'm afraid that Vodafone don't generally negotiate on the prices you see there.  As an existing customer, you should be able to get the same deal directly with Vodafone, as a new customer does.

Hi @Isa

Loyalty sadly is a thing of the past.

I would suggest you look at what is available through Vodafone Directly and then whats available through Independents such as Carphone Warehouse.

Make sure they Upgrade you and not try to open up a new contract however.

Be aware another Network may have a better tariff and cost etc but ensure they give good signal and data speeds where you live, work amd commute
