how bad a service vodaphone provided

Bought a new contract for 29 a month n 20 upfrnt fee. Vodaphone try charge me 430 for phone plus 29 a month. Everytime i call i am advised no managers in building( i have called 5 times) i have had 4 escalations for manager call back and still nothing . Is any1 else getting this terrible service
