i phone 4 unlock request form

how do i find this unlocking form ??? i cant find it anywhere the lady on the phone said it was easy!!! as my phone was a replacement by apple she couldnt do it over the fone. can anyone help me??

Flattery will get you everywhere

The normal time quoted is 7 working days because Vodafone have to send the request to Apple and they have to process it and amend their database.

To complete the unlock you have to put a non Vodafone sim in the phone and connect it to iTunes.
