Hi, I'm new to this, but I need some help, I have ordered a iPad 2 64gb White on contract from Vodafone, and it's been almost 3 weeks now, and all the time I call they tell me something different, I don't know what to do. Please help, anyone with the same problem? Thanks

Welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team.

At the moment all iPad 2 orders are taking between 2-4 weeks for stock to arrive and the order to be dispatched.

However, orders placed on the Vodafone online store are controlled by the V-Store. The V-Store is a separate department from ourselves and we are unable to access their systems.

To query any aspect of an online order, you can call them direct on 08700 700 191 (option 3, option 1) or, alternatively email them on info@v-store.co.uk

This will give the fastest answer to your query.

Yes the White iPad is a lovely choice.
But If you want to get one from Vodafone I would be preprepared to wait a VERY long time.
they don't eve n update their own stock information posts, last update was 45 days ago, not even a sorry, but were still waiting.

Tesco, Argos and Currys seem to have healthy stocks in their stores now, and Argos sell them interest free for 9 moths on their store card.

Plus if you ever visit Newcastle, Good luck trying to get 3g Data.
