Im trying to get my iPad 2 unlocked via the online tool, but they keep saying they are unable to verify my email address. I gave them the only email address I use via Vodafone so why are they not submitting my request??

Looks like its because the account is still in my mothers name, even though I took over the account 2 years ago. lol
