After 3 unsuccessful emails to customer services, I thought I'd try here. I'd like to see how much data I have used on the iPad data plan. Any ideas? The customer suppport teams keep sending me standard responses without reading the question I have asked, telling me to ring 191, or check on my account online. This is despite me telling them I have an iPad, can't call 191, and the my account screen does not show total data used.
Is there another way?

I'm afraid that these are the only ways at current of monitoring your data usage.
The only other way would be to either call us via a landline on 08700 700 191 or if you send us another email, one of our team will be able to access your account and get the information for you.
