I am suprised that after all those appointments you are still experiencing these difficulties.
There are four things that we can look at.
First is the phone, please back up all of your contacts and information and ensure that you are using the latest software for your device.
Secondly is the SIM, please can you let me know if you have tried a new MicroSIM during any investigations, if not then you can obtain one free from your local store, online (Pay As You Go), or if a Pay Monthly customer we can order one for you here, just follow the Private Message and either myself or one of the team will be in touch as soon as we can.

Thirdly is the network, please can you take a look at our Network Issues thread and post your results back here.
Last but not least is for us to take a look at your account for any bars that may be in place, if you follow the PM route from above we can also investigate this for you.

Thank you for your post. I hope I've done it correctly, I have sent you the results of your suggestions using personal messaging, about a week ago. Did this come through and do you have any other ideas about what the problem might be?
