I have recently upgraded my Samsung phone to the iPhone 5c, it keeps saying no service and needs activating.

I have phoned apple,Vodafone and have followed instructions and help people have given but it hasn't helped.

They have changed the phone but the problem persists.......help

Is it the phone or the sim that needs activating?

If the former then what happens when after putting the sim in the phone and you attempt to set it up?. It should take you through the set up process and ask for you Apple ID.

If it is the sim that needs activation the best way if possible is to call into a Vodafone store and ask them to activate the sim for you.
