 HI,

Got the email today @ 09:43 stating that my order was cancelled by the Warehouse. No one over the phone could explain why and kept footballing me around from one CS to another for about 30 min or so. Can someone from the online team help? Does this mean that my only option is to start the order again and go all the way back to the end of the queue?

I am sorry to see that your order looks like it has been cancelled.


As it was an online order, I would recommend getting in touch with the V-Store, who will be able to see what has happened and what needs to be done

Hi

 

What sort of deal do existing customers get on iPad 2's if any? Also if there is a specific offer for existing customer does this have to be ordered at a store as I find the store staff very unhelpful.

Not sure if you have to have a certain number of lines, as me and my partner have 3 lines on our account and we were offered a free iPad 2 at £32 a month. Which is a saving of just over 100 to new customers getting the deal. Best bet is to ring them up and ask, I had exemplary service when I rang up over the phone.

So just give them a ring and see what deal they do for you.
