I have been thinking about getting an iPad for a while now, and since I see that there is an officer for customers who pay monthly above a certain amount can get one on contract and not have to pay for the start-up cost of it.

My question is, it currently states a Black iPad? Would it be possible to choose one in white instead? Also what would be the best way to go about this? As clicking on the link in my account does not seem to work.

I am a new customer and I ordered a black 16gb ipad 2 deal through an online advisor last week.  It hasn't arrived yet (it is expected to arrive next week).  I had understood that only the 16gb version is available.  However, I have seen several posts on this forum that suggest that, if the customer pays £50 or £100 upfront, the 3sgb or 64gb versions are available.  If that is right, I would like to change to the 64GB version as I am concerned that 16gb may not be enough for me.  If this is possible, I would really appreciate it if you could assist.

I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to change the order at this point however, making a payment upfront wouldn't make a difference on the time scale of the handsets. All variants are extremely popular but we are getting regular stock of the 16GB so you shouldn't be waiting too much longer.

Presumably, I would be entitled to return the ipad 2 and then order another one?   I have already asked for the ipad 2 to be returned but, as it remains at the warehouse with no clear estimate on when it might arrive, I apparently have to wait until it physically arrives to start the returns process (which seems counter-intuitive).  I was initially told that that it would take 2-4 days to arrive and ordered it on that basis -- I have now been told that it may take until next week or even longer.

My question remains whether the 32gb or 64gb offers are available to new customers?  If so, I would be interested in taking up one of these offers; if not, I am afraid that I will have to seek out a larger-sized ipad 2 from another network.
