I'm guessing that - and this is not clear from postings on this forum - you QUALIFY for the "free" iPad2 by having a contract over £35 per month but actually, you then need to take an ADDITIONAL contract over 2 years to service the iPad's data for £32 per month ON TOP OF your existing minimum £35 per month phone contract?...
I'm interested in this deal - have TWO phones on contract, one is £30 per month and the other £11 per month... Please email me to clarify the position and conditions...

Welcome to the eForum!
You're correct, this offer is available as a new line on any customers account who qualifies. With your having an exisiting line already on £30 per month, I've sent an email down for you to fill in so as to take advantage of this deal with one of my team

Hi, I received a telephone call from vodafone this week to offer me this, but asked them to e'mail me the details so I could have a look at the offer as I was busy at the time of the call.
I still have not received this e'mail, so can this be sent to me please. So I can find more about the offer.

Welcome to the eForum it is always good to see new faces on here.
I am sure this is about having 3 contracts already with Vodafone, but I can see what offers we have available for you, I have therefore just sent you an email, if you can reply back to that with the relevant information, we can then go through this together.

I haven't heard about this.. I have 3 contracts on my account. 2 are phones at 35 and 40 a month, and one is a dongle at 15 a month which coincidentally is due an upgrade. Would I qualify?

It's been quite a popular promotion! It sounds like you do indeed qualify if this is a consumer account. I've sent an email for you to respond to should you wish to take advantage of the offer
jwoodley - the £30 is VAT inclusive so if you're on a plan of £35 you too qualify! I've popped an email down to you too if you're interested

Well it clarifies the offer George and after your response to my initial query I let my order stand. However, after receiving the order I have now been charged the £279.
Having been a customer for many years paying well in excess of £30 per month I want the customer offer. Can I now change the plan and pay the extra £5 per month and get a refund of £229??
I would appreciate if someone could contact me regarding this!

Very keen for someone to take a look at my account also and see if I qualify for ipad offer or what I could add to account to ensure I do qualify - happy to re-enter a 24 month contract. If someone could get in touch would be appreciated.
