I'm guessing that - and this is not clear from postings on this forum - you QUALIFY for the "free" iPad2 by having a contract over £35 per month but actually, you then need to take an ADDITIONAL contract over 2 years to service the iPad's data for £32 per month ON TOP OF your existing minimum £35 per month phone contract?...

I'm interested in this deal - have TWO phones on contract, one is £30 per month and the other £11 per month...  Please email me to clarify the position and conditions...

I haven't heard about this.. I have 3 contracts on my account. 2 are phones at 35 and 40 a month, and one is a dongle at 15 a month which coincidentally is due an upgrade. Would I qualify?

Out of interest is the £30 per month inc or ex VAT? My month rental is £29 and a few pence ex VAT

jwoodley - the £30 is VAT inclusive so if you're on a plan of £35 you too qualify! I've popped an email down to you too if you're interested

Well it clarifies the offer George and after your response to my initial query I let my order stand. However, after receiving the order I have now been charged the £279. 

Having been a customer for many years paying well in excess of £30 per month I want the customer offer. Can I now change the plan and pay the extra £5 per month and get a refund of £229??

I would appreciate if someone could contact me regarding this!
