Placed an order online yesterday o33294740 and received confirmation that the order was successful, however after reading a reply to someone else's post(who also placed and order online) - they were told that their order was In Negotiation and they had to phone up to complete the order - does the same apply to all orders made online i.e.. do I also have to phone ?
