ipad2 SIM problems

I have an ipad2 (purchased separately) and a Vodafone 3G SIM for same.

 

However, despite the fact that you've been billing me for some time for said SIM, it tells me that the network is restricted.

 

How do I get it unrestricted, and how do you justify billing me for a service which you've been restricting all this time?

 

Somewhat Disgruntled of Maidenhead.

Without looking at your account, I am unsure on what would be restricting your service.

 

So that we can check, I have just sent you an email, if you can reply back to that with the relevant information we can see what is causing this :smileyhappy:
