have just tried to call customer service and surprise surprise they have closed early even though the website states open till 9pm

what a joke.

VF get a grip of this situation.

yet again no email today to tell me what is going on and the nice VF customer service agent said i should recieve my notifacation of delivery today

but the lies keep on going on.

I just called a friend who works for Vodafone who isnt aware of an earlier closing time (he was working til 9pm on Tuesday and Wednesday) yet I can't get through either.. Kinda peeved at this too since his centre is open till 9pm every day..
