Im looking to find out if my student discount has actually been applied to my account? It doesnt appear to be when you do the maths on my two previous bills but the music pack i got with the student discount appears on my bill. as my last two bills have been unusual with new tarriff then credit for iphone its not as easy to calcualte but it still doesnt add up correctly if i am suposed to have had student discount on my monthly bill! can someone investigate and get back to me asap?

Thanks for your post about the student discount on your account.
I've had a look at the email you've sent in to us and there isn't enough information for me us to be able to confirm whether the discount has been applied or not by reply.
I've just called you and have left a voicemail. I'll try again in half an hour and hopefully you'll be able to pick up then.

And i checked with the call center they said that it was activated/applied on 19th jan! which totally not true because i got confirmation letter from vodafone that the student discount it's activated since october. So it's not helpful at all the call center and every month i have to call the call center to ask where is my discount. Which is not a funny thing to do. It wastes my time.

I'm a pay monthly customer and I have also applied for it and I was told I was enabled to recieve the discount however I have the same problem as everyone else? Help?

The terms and conditions for the offer are listed here. Can you just make sure that all of these have been met for me?
I'm also popping you an email so we can get to your account and see what's happening. Assuming all the conditions were met, can you just reply back to that for me?
