I have completed the online form for unlocking an apple 3gs phone. entered the correct details but vodafone have come back stating that they cannot find the IMEI NUMBER ON RECORD. How do i go forward from here.

Are you the original owner of the phone or has your original phone been replaced by Apple for any reason?

The IMEI number has to appear on your account for the unlock to be processed.

If you are not the original owner you will have to ask the original owner to request the unlock.
