Why doesnt it work??
Keep getting message "new customer so account info not available and when the bill is generated i will be able to see my info"
Problem is bill HAS been generated but it still doesnt work.

We have now released a new update for the My Vodafone App.
Please can you remove any existing versions and then reinstall the latest version via 3G it should then be able to access your account details.
If not, please let me know what error message you see and I will be able to get this flagged with our support teams for you.

Have you changed your price plan within the 7 day returns period or ported a number across from another network?
If so this can affect how your usage and bill shows via My Account which is where the app takes it's information from.
