hi there, i have asked for a second phone on a similar tariff to my blackbury. i expressed that i needed to take my phone number from my blackbury to my iphone, on speaking to the agent i was advised that "all it would take is a call to customer service". after spending over 1 hour on the phone to customer service i am now having to wait for 3 days for another sim card with my number on, i then want to swap another number into the blackbury from another network. "no problem" i was told. it looks like at the moment that this will not happen as i expected. so not very happy cheers

i am lucky enough to have an Iphone 4s, but it is just sat here gathering dust. it has made the whole experiance leaving a bad taste

Thanks for posting. I'm a little confused about your request. Are you looking to migrate your original number onto the new line or are you porting in a number from another network for the iPhone? The only way to migrate your number from the BlackBerry to an iPhone on the same network would be via an upgrade.
