Failed update Trophy 7

My grandson's Trophy 7 phone will not start now after he said it tried to do an automatic update. It just shows the Htc screen or the Vodaphone symbol. Is there any way of fixing it without trying a hard reset? He has photos on his phone he doesn't want to lose.

Re: Failed update Trophy 7

Hi driver123

The only thing that I can suggest that could fix it is the hard reset. I would recommend backing up photos etc on a regular basis as I know that it is very frustrating losing those photos.

Thanks Martin I will give it a try. I think he has learnt the lesson about keeping things backed up the hard way.
