I submitted the form. Recieved the details 3 weeks later. Tried a new sim in the phone and it doesnt unlock or ask for a code. I followed the instructions carefully. Please can someone help me with this?
Nuc resolutions reference number is 391006
imei number : 358967042814698
and the unlock code is 77314174
ive tried 3 different sims and get the same problem

Thank you for your patience, I have just received an update from our NUC teamas shown below.
I have checked in our database that the NUC provided is correct for the IMEI: (Sent Via PM) . Please go through following checklists:
1) Please verify the IMEI number of your handset by dialing *#06#
2) Please check if your handset is already unlocked or not by inserting a non Vodafone UK sim card.
3) Please share the error message that comes up when you try to unlock your handset.
Ive tried an orange sim card this time, i still get the same 'limited service' with no option to select a provider or mobile network and the IMEI is the correct number. Ive taken a few screenshots.
