I had an issue with my iPhone 4S yesterday in that it stopped making calls properly - both incoming and outgoing calls would connect but no audio (couldn't hear caller and they couldn't hear me). I rang the support line, they arranged an exchange of handset, which I now have. Plenty of info to keep me in the loop and very appreciative of the prompt service and swift action to replace my phone. Thank you
