I recently upgraded to the Galaxy S3 from the S2, and received the phone on Friday. Up until today it has been great. I was using the phone as normal, but this evening I decided to put it on charge at 60% remaining. I went to press the unlock key after 10 minutes of charging and it wouldn't respond at all. I thought it had turned itself off, so I went to turn it on again, when a few minutes later the Samsung logo appeared at the startup. That's as far as it went, so I took the battery out after several attempts of restarting, but this too didn't work. So then I attempted a factory reset by pressing the power, home and volume keys simultaneously, then releasing all as soon as the Samsung logo appeared, which did nothing. I am stuck with the frozen logo at startup.
