Samsung video hub app

As antone managed to get the video hub app working on the phone, when i open the app it says that there is an update available, but when i click 'update' there is an error message, and the app closes.

I have tried but get the same. I have also tried to log into my Samsung account and can't so they might be having problems again like last week.

same - wondering if its a common error, as i dont see much information about it.

 

and i notice the Video Hub app is not available in both Google Play or Samsung Apps, or S Suggest (app).

I think its a question for samsung!

Very strange this was working before the Update 

Hopefully a None branded user can confirm this is the same

I have this problem as well on the 32gb S3.

 

I click on video hub it says 'important update available'  which I have to accept to update.Click ok and you get "Product does not exist in this store (4002)".

 

Does everyone have this?

Yes, I have exactly the same issue. I have seen this in the past with Samsung and other Apps.

They are probably working on a bug fix...?

Well i contacted them two weeks ago and got sent on a merry dance.

eventually they blamed the app developeer i said Oh thats you ther good at passing the buck 

they will wonder at some point why no one can use this
