I have uninstalled and reinstalled for >10 times from Blackberry app world, spanning across more than 3 months, still hopeless with this app! I saw a handful of posts on this forum saying this app doesn't work either but none of them seem to have the solution!! I could really do with monitoring the usage on my bill, so any solutions/fixes would be greatly appreciated.
The error I am getting is "Unexpected Error, We can’t return your account information right now, please try again shortly." It came up after a splash screen that lasted 0.5sec showing a white loading bar in a red vodafone background saying "now with WiFi finder". Clicking on the "try again" button won't bulge.
I am sure I am connected via vodafone network as I have turned wifi connections off, my handset is BB9700, OS v184.108.40.2062, platform 220.127.116.11. I have tried battery pulls while the phone is turned on and it made no difference. I have plugged it into desktop to check and this is the latest version that my handset could handle since the so-called new OS update wouldn't run at all (freezes phone 5mins after bootup). Either way I doubt this to be the problem since the app description it says the app should work with OS4 or above.
On the billing side, this is not my first bill, and I am a PAYG customer. I can also log on to vodafone My Account on vodafone website without a problem, and everything else on my phone (apps, functions etc) works perfectly fine.
I rang 191 a couple of times and seeked help on vodafone live chat but neither seem to have any idea on what's happening. Please help, and please don't hesitate to ask if any further details are needed.

Thank you for your post and a very warm welcome to the eForum.
We have seen an increase in this recently and this is currently under investigation.
It would appear the error occurs during peak times so it may be worth attempting to access this early morning or late at night.
Whilst this under investigation please can you view your bills online through 'My Account'.
