I have just bought a Blackberry Curve 8520 on pay as you go.
I have reigstered the phone and topped it up. I rang up cutomer services because my internet wasnt working. They told me to text web to 40127 and I have done that but haven't had a response. I just want to start using my internet and blackberry messenger.
Is there anything I can do?

I tried doing that but everytime I called it said that there was a problem adding the blackberry internet service to my price plan. Do you think this is because the Internet isnt working on my phone? I sent web to 41027. How long does it take for them to send me the details I need?
