Account - cannot roam?

My account is pay monthly and I am happy with the fact that I cannot make online account changes for the first 3 months. I am not however, happy with the fact that roaming appears to be barred! To whom do I speak to change that setting?

Customer Services = 191 from your phone.

Hi Charley_Lima,

 

When it comes to the roaming restriction this would need to be lifted via ourselves or customer services on 191.

 

Can I ask if you have managed to get this sorted yet?
