Hey guys,

Im on holiday in Germany and i forgot to top up before i left the UK and now my blackberry internet has stopped.

I can browse the Internet on my phone while connected to wifi but my bbm has stopped.

If i top up how do I reactivate my bbm service? 

I really need bbm back! please help!

Hi T-P,

Normally if you are in the UK , to activate the BB services you just call 40035 from you phone..

Am not sure if this will work while abroad, but if not, you would need to call Customer Care and they will be able to activate the service for you
