My phone recently broke only 5 months in to my current contract, so i had to buy a new phone, which was a blackberry. Now i know i have to add the BIS to my current contract, so can a vodafone personel help me out doing this? Also, i have BT OpenZone Wifi on my account, but i don't really need it. Would removing it lower the cost of my contract, and if so, can i swap the Wifi for the BIS. Any help would be great. Thanks!

They can change your price plan to a blackberry one to include the BIS or simply add it on for £5 extra per month.

As far as im aware, you dont get charged for OpenZone ...
iPhones and Blackberrys usually come with a 1 or 2gb allowance included.
Could be wrong though.

In reply to the BT OpenZone, i previously had a HTC phone, so i have no idea why the wifi was in there.
