Please help me, I had a BB storm 2 for 2 years, I now have the 9860 and have given my storm to my mother.
8months in to my 2year contract and Im a little peeved that I can not access half the apps I used to be able to, and whats more new apps such as Natwest mobile banking, my mothers phone (my old one) can have, but my new (supposedly better) phone...cant have it!
What a con! Thinking of swapping back.
Is this due to my OS or do BB not like this particular model. I dont feel that im asking for alot... why is new not better? :-(

Thanks for your post. The apps available in BlackBerry App World are compatible with all devices unless they state otherwise, which is rare. It may be that some apps have been removed from BlackBerry App World that you would no longer be available, however both handsets should have access to the full range of apps available.
I'd recommend plugging your phone into BlackBerry Desktop Manager to check for updates to your device to see if this will fix the issue.
