Let me firstly welcome you to the Vodafone eForum family. It's always good to have new faces around.
It could be a SIM / Device issue, but as it happens to more than one device, it's more likely to be related to the service.
It could be down to the availability of a 3G signal in the area, and this may be consistently connecting and disconnecting. If you can advise me of the postcode for the area, I can check coverage and also for any possible issues. You can also try this by selecting 2G only for a short while, and see if you still lose connection.
To do this, go to Options, then "Mobile Network", the last Option there says "3G & 2G".. Change it to "2G".
