I recently put 10 pound credit on to my blackberry and I opt in to the blackberry internet service and nothing has happened I can't access facebook bbm whatsapp so I need help because this is annoying the hell outta me ...

You should also be able to tell from the signal icon on your phone.
If it is in capitals GRPS/EDGE/3G then the blackberry services are enabled, if lower case gprs/edge/3g then they are not.
You may also need to do a quick reboot on the handset, or manually roam off and then back onto VF for the new settings to be applied.

ive waited 24 hours, ive done several battery pulls, ive done the register now on the Host Routing Table, ive run the diagnostic and it says : Radio data acitvation: NO
Blackberry registion : ABORT
Connected to Blackberr : ABORT
Blackberry PIN_PIN : ABORT
now im very confused this is the first time this has happened to me i just topped up like normal phoned "40035" to opt in to blackberry internet services waited 24 hours nothing happend HELPP

The group of staff that can get into your account and see what is or is not applied are a small team and tend to read each post in the order they are listed, this can sometimes take over a day.
You didn't mention if you were seeing capital or lower case letters on your signal, as that would be a big indicator as to if the network thinks you should be able to see blackberry services or not.

Thats your problem then, it needs to be in caps to talk to the BB services.
A quick call to 191 asking if the Blackberry BIS APN is showing on your account ok, and if the credit was taken and the service applied.
If all is looking paid for it should be something they can fix there and then, with you rebooting/battery pulling 30 minutes later.
