i'm currently using Blackberry 9900 BOLD and i'm having the same problem as well. my whatsapps and facebook are not working.

Hey, I am having the same problems with my blackberry. I cant receive or send any bbm mesaages and all i get is tick marks. could you please send me the email as soon as possible please.

Hello,
i understand blackberry services are down, but currently it shouldn't be. because all my friends can go on bbm and internet without ease, however im still experiencing trouble with my blackberry since i cannot browse through websites without Wi-fi, and yes i have got blackberry data plan since i can go on it on Wi-Fi, i need some assistance on how to get it working etc.
Also do i need to activate the services somehow? because my friend said i have to ring Vodafone up to activate blackberry services.. it is very frustrating now not to have bbm and to browse internet since i only got the phone few days ago...
Please provide me some further assistance,

hi i am currently having the same issue, on pay as you go, i topped up 5pound for internet service yesterday and still havent been able to acess bbm or facebook or anything. i cant even call customer services because theres a charge.
could some one please please please get back to me asap as i want to be able to use my blackberry!!

I am having the exact same problem. also i cant register my email, and all my bbm adds are just pending.
I have a BlackBerry Bold 9900 got it a couple of days ago.
i have called you services but there has been no help what so ever.

Have you used BlackBerry Services before , in order to use these you can follow the BlackBerry Getting Started or you can follow one of the Tech Team on our YouTube channel.
Whenever you use a BlackBerry Device we need to ensure that your tariff includes the BlackBerry Services, so if the above suggestions have not resolved your issues please complete and reply to the email I have sent to your address that you registered with on here and we can take a look.

I am having this same problem and its been like this for 3 days since getting my phone on Tuesday - when you go to email set up, it defaults to the Enterprise Activation setup screen and you cannot get any further.
I have made umpteen calls to the business technical team and I've gone through the following (as well as hard resets):
- Firstly, perform a "manual roam" by attempting to select a network other than Vodafone and then going back onto Vodafone.
- This will force a network update, Just select your model of Blackberry in our Help Centre and choose network for instructions.
- Perform a "Host Routing Table" which will send a registration message to the server as follows
- For OS6 or later: Menu > Device > Advanced System Settings > Host Routing Table > Blackberry Key > Register Now
I've been told by the technical phone team that the problem is RIM's and not Vodafone's as they are not provisioning my account. And they do not have a clue when it will be fixed!
I'm sorry but this is not good enough - I'm trying to run a business and my contract is with Vodafone and not RIM.
Please help....

i am having the same problem, i just collected my phone from repair ( had a cracked screen) and now its not working at my home, but it did before and i never had problems before then, can you help please? my bbm, email browser and anything that uses internet doesnt work!

You've tagged on to an old & long post ... Same Problem as What/Who?
Could you give more information?
Is the phone working generally - i.e. other than at your home?
If it's just at your home, please check the faults board for local network issues?
If it's everywhere ... what is your signal meter showing (GPRS/EDGE/3G with BB symbol in capitals or is it lower case)?

My internet wont work either unless im in a wifi area! it wont let me go on facebook ortwitter but the browser will work! i have the phone a few days now and all was working grand until a day or two ago! please help!!

I assume that you can open the Facebook/Twitter applications but that the apps can't access the internet?
A few standard things to check/try:
1) What does you signal meter show?
GPRS/EDGE or gprs/edge i.e. upper or lower case? Or maybe 3G but with or without the BB symbol?
2) Can you send yourself a PIN message or email?
Find your PIN by holding SHIFT & ALT, then press H.
The above will show whether or not the phone is connected via BIS.
3) Have you tried a battery pull & reboot?
This usually solves most software related probelms.
4) Try forcing a Register from the Host Routing Table & repush Service Books from Email Setup Menu.
These are both usually done automatically on reboot - but no harm in trying.
These two will (should?) solve a connection and/or software glitch.
5) Are there any updates available for the Facebook or Twitter apps?
Probably via App World > My World
6) Check APN settings.
I've no idea if Facebook/Twitter use APN or RIM network - again, no harm in checking.
